Bio: The Time Detective Agency was a private investigative firm set up by the being known as 'The Light' to investigate the abnormal, paranormal and time anomolies, in order to properly inform and protect earth. 

It was independently contracted by governments as essentially a clean up crew to mask things from the general public that were deemed "not normal" this was mostly how it was funded. 

TDA's influence grew to the point the Galactic Citadel took notice. It took an active stance in many galactive disputes and wars even some it had no business being in. 

Originally perceived as a force for good, It had a somewhat mixed reputation the more it grew and the more reckless it became especially during the end of the leadership of Jessica Lightning. 

It was ran by The Light, The Wanderer and Detective Kate Flare during various points of its existance until it became Defunct under Kate Flare and swallowed up by the IIC
