Bio: The Leader of the CTDA is anything but soft, knock her down she will get back up no matter how many times it has happened, a middle east war journalist turned detective she originated from Earth Government investigations into Jessica Lightning's reckless renegade actions and her TDA, meeting death on more than one occasion through the wars and battles that ensued earth she eventually became an operative The Wanderer's reformed TDA, eventually becoming its leader in the absence of Comedy James in the upcoming corporate run era of earth until TDA's eventual demise, an aging Kate Flare enlisted the help of an early up and coming corporation 'Phoenix Experimental' to help her defy aging through the use of early cybernetics a success story that lead to the rapid rise of the company, Kate Flare was hired by the Galactic Citadel to help fill the void that had been left empty by the demise of the old TDA, this eventually became what is known as The CTDA

The Girl at the Bus Stop appeared to an early version of the 4th Wanderer on multiple occasions, watching as if obverving something or someone, then disappears as a bus comes by 5 times she appeared, on the last appearance Comedy James attempted to confront her but she calmly walked behind the bus stop and vanished never to be seen again The significance of this is that the bus stop didn't exist until a few hours before the first occurance it's not on any local bus timetable and appeared out of nowhere as if by magic This is a major unsolved mystery that plays on The Wanderer's mind regularly hoping to find out why she was watching him and who she was.
